The Danbury Society has a book for sale.

It was written by the late Fredrick Roberts in 1989 and a second addition was produced in 1993. It is still very current.

It is a Guide to Danbury's Commons, Country Parks and Historic Buildings. It has 28 pages of text and 22 black & white photographs.

Fred Roberts wrote the book to commemorate Heritage Year. It has a page on History includes outstanding Dates, 2 trails where he visits oustanding areas and buildings of note. It concludes with a few words about the Parish Council, Runsell green and Bicknacre.

The Book can be purchased in person for £2.00 sterling from Danbury Post Office or The Tea on the Green restuarant.

It is available by Mail Order for £3.00 sterling (including Post & Package) from within the UK & Northern Ireland.

Regretfully it has to cost £4.00 Sterling, (or 6 Euros for Europe) (including Post and Package) for the rest of the world.
